You can book FlexPlus fares on all German domestic and international routes such as London, Zurich, Vienna and Milan, etc. You also earn double Miles on all FlexPlus bookings.

You can book the FlexPlus fare on all domestic German routes and selected international routes.

Just go to the booking section of our website and select your flight.
You will then be given an overview of all available flights with the exact prices for our basic and FlexPlus fares.
To book the FlexPlus fare just click on the field marked “check availability”.
Choose the FlexPlus fare and complete your booking as normal.
Currently it is not possible to combine the FlexPlus fare with a basic fare in a return flight.
If you only wish to complete just one leg of a return flight in the FlexPlus fare category, you currently have to make two separate bookings.

You can change or cancel your flight up to 30 minutes before departure.

You can change your flight at no charge online, via our call centre or in person at the Germanwings airport sales desk at the airport.
To change your booking on the web, log in to the “My Germanwings” section with your username and password. Select the flight which you wish to change and then select an alternative flight timing and change your booking.

Name changes can be made via the Germanwings call centre up to two hours before departure by quoting the flight's booking code. There is a fee of 35 € per person and booking for a name change. If the current flight fare is higher than the fare paid at the time of the original booking, the difference in fare must be paid.

Changes to the flight route are unfortunately not possible.

Cancellations are only possible via our call centres or the Germanwings airport sales desks up to 30 minutes before departure. There is a charge of 25 € per passenger for the cancellation.
